PowerPoint for churches From the first Saturday in August @ 8 am until 9 days later around 4 PM; roughly 200 hours, FIWS is at a stop on US-85 about 100 miles south of Sturgis, SD. We see almost 30,000 people during Sturgis week, and we can pass out between 6,000 & 15,000 bottles of water, depending on weather and economy. |

We also hand out maps for those who need to know where they are going or those who are just plain lost, and we have candy and cookies on hand for energy to help keep your butt in the saddle and your boots on the pegs. We try to keep a few emergency supplies around, but we do not have any medical personnel or mechanics on site.>
